By submitting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, adapt, and display your content to operate and improve the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not violate laws or infringe intellectual property. We reserve the right to remove any user-submitted content that violates these Terms.

2.2 AI-Generated Content

AI-generated flashcards, quizzes, or case studies may contain inaccuracies. They are provided for educational purposes only and are not medical advice. Use at your own risk.

2.3 Commercial Activities, Advertisements, and Third-Party Links

The Service may display advertisements from third parties, such as Google AdSense. Your interactions with any advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser. We may also offer products, services, or premium features for sale, which will be subject to their own specific terms. Additionally, the Service may feature links to third-party courses or websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party sites.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws.
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.
• Exploit minors or impersonate others.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service.

The Service is not directed to individuals under 13. Accounts created by minors will be deleted.
